I don’t usually take the time to write reviews but in this case I felt it was a must. Richard and Priscilla have house sat and dog sat for us on 2 separate occasions. They gave us the peace of mind to leave both our home and dog for an extended trip overseas. Our dog, Daisy, is deaf and so has some special needs, they met these with absolute ease and had Daisy excited from the moment she met them. Between constant attention and long daily walks I don’t think she was missing us one bit. They also took phenomenal care of our home and garden. All of my many indoor plants were healthy and well watered and our home was cleaner when we came back then when we left. If you are thinking of hiring Richard and Priscilla to take care of your pet or your home no need to think further just do it you will be happy you did. I can not recommend them both high enough

Our BayWatch Care Story — From Priscilla
Where we started...
In 2015, my husband Richard, our son Joel, and I started BayWatch Care with one simple mission: to be a solution for the many families—just like ours—who were struggling to find trustworthy in-home pet care.
We kept hearing the same frustrations from friends and neighbors: inconsistent sitters, impersonal service, and a lack of real connection. We knew we could offer something better—something rooted in love, integrity, and family values.
As retired ministers, Richard and I were looking for a way to continue serving while still making an honest living. Joel, our son and a tech-savvy entrepreneur, saw the vision and joined us to help bring it to life. Together, we built BayWatch Care as a family-first business—one that prioritizes peace of mind for our clients and heartfelt care for their beloved pets and homes.
Over the years, we’ve grown—not just in services, but in relationships. Our clients have become our extended family. We've watched your pets grow, helped through emergencies, and been there when you've needed to step away and chase your dreams.
When we lost Richard in September of 2024, we knew our journey wasn’t over. In fact, it gave us even more purpose. Joel and I have continued building BayWatch Care—bringing in more family members and creating new opportunities to serve Peninsula and South Bay families with the same heart Richard poured into everything he did. This is, and always will be, a legacy company. One we hope to pass on to our grandkids and grow alongside trusted partners in the years to come.
We believe everyone deserves care they can count on. And it’s our greatest honor to offer that care to you.
